My coach has me doing this, ILT isolated leg training, on my trainer. I do 10 sets each leg for 60 sec each at my CP90. This is has helped balance my leg strength and smooth out my stroke.
Did you see the Oprah episode when Lance raced her? She rode on whatever bike and he rode one-legged.
(not that I watch Oprah!)
I like riding one-legged once in a while; it's great for the stroke, but the fun part is climbing one-legged.
