The latest massive brush fire here has apparently been brought under control, or at least has run out of fuel.
Last Saturday the sky was black when I got up so I skipped the club ride and drove to some mountains where there was no smoke and rode my mtb.
After work Monday I watched a DC-10 drop Phoscheck from my front yard. That's a good pilot who can fly that thing around like it's a small plane.
I'm curious to see the damage to my favorite riding areas. Might try and go for a ride tonight but it's been over 100 and work kicks my ass when it gets that hot.
