I've had a couple pair of RXS for many years. I love the pedals. I like the cleats (very walkable and durable), I like the metal-metal contact and I like the way the float works compared to Look/Shimano type pedals.

I've also had great customer service when I had a problem soon after I got the pedals, but after the warranty ran out - they replaced a pedal at no cost, very quickly. Haven't had a problem with two sets in many thousands of miles since.

I haven't used the iClic or Xpresso because the RXS just don't wear out or break (other than the early - probably defective - incident).

Finally, for the weight weenie amongst us: you can't do better in weight/cost in a 3 bolt cleat-type pedal.
