The first two are so similar that I would consider the one that fits and rides the best, if you have opportunity to ride them.
For the distance you are doing the hybrid bikes would be fine. The road bikes will do better over longer distance, but road conditions and surface come into play more.
Keep in mind that when buying vintage bikes you sometimes run into upkeep, maint., age issues that have to be fixed. Look to be sure your tubes, tires, pads, cables, bearings, have been serviced or replaced recently. It is really easy to go over worth on an old bike fixing things like that.
