I've been on Xpresso 8/10's with all my bikes for three years now, and I like them a lot. Easy engagement and release. Lightweight with a low stack height. With a little care, I can get 4-5k miles out of a set of cleats. I've not used the RXS, but pdedes has made me curious so I may get a pair just for comparison.

They can be a bit creaky with a bigger guy like me when climbing, but I spray them down periodically with PTFE dry lube and wax the contact points to keep them quiet.
