IMO ultegra 11 mechanical is the current gold standard. Di2 is fuggin awesome obvi, but ultegra 11 gets the job done flawlessly, just with less whiz-bang flash.
I've snapped 4 rival paddles. Sram always replaced em without question, but it's still a pain in the butt. I feel you dawg.
thanks. those first gen rival and force used some rather flimsy materials. at four paddles, you may just have Mikey beat on that

those first gen (before the shape redesign) were quite good. It's what i'll be using in the interim. Good thing that mine snapped during a training race and not the real race i'm targeting.
