I dont know so much about the frame, i bought this bike almost like this. It looks like somebody found a good frame with really really short wheelbase (95cm) and converted to track bike (original ratio was 48-15 wich is also pretty hard for the streets) but for some reason he didnt care about painting and removing that things... Its funny because he changed the bridge of the chainfork, so there is no hole for brake
