Bikes: 2016 Giant Defy 5, Kent Road Tech 700c

Did a quick 15 miles today a few short clinbs but nothing over 10% today.

Gotta watch out for the doggies. There is a tool called a break stick if you run into a pit bull.
One was hiding behind a car as I rode my bike. (Maybe I should keep one handy)
I went down a road where cement trucks go in and out of. A fine powdery dust all over my tires and bike.
Hard to clean off.
The biggest hill around me is only 800' in about a mile and a half, but almost nothing around here is actually flat, so I'm only half lying when I talk about interval training.
Dust is the worst right? Gets in all the tiny cracks and crevices.
I'll look into that break stick, I love pit bulls now, since I got a rescue and she's the sweetest most gentle dog I
ve ever met. Her name is Dolly:
