I've noticed the back brake spring that detracts the pads is weak and doesn't bounce back causing the pads to stay on the rim lightly even after releasing brake lever. Is this spring available alone or do I need the whole thing? Are both brakes identical? Maybe I can switch the front with rear, that spring has more tension.
