I mostly ride 59cm+ steel frames, almost always with steel forks, no carbon rims or cockpits, usually at least a 28t max cog, always interruptor levers. Hitting 22-23lbs isn't difficult. Getting sub-20lbs means either fixed gear or really light tubing. I weigh mechanically ready-to-ride with bolt-mounted stuff included, so pedals, bottle cages, fenders, bell included, bottles-pumps-bags-lights-computer not.
This '03 Kelly Bonestock is my lightweight king: 18.95lbs at last weigh-in.
'05 Waterford RS33: 19.42lbs - Since this pic I chopped the steerer lower & installed lighter brifters, so a bit lighter today. And I fixed the seat angle...
'06 Waterford RS22 Road/Fixed: 19.15lbs w/carbon brake/interruptor levers - "Purple Haze" has lighter wheels today, could be just sub-19lbs now.

What a stable of very nice looking bikes! I hadn't even heard of the Kelly brand before, had to google it, nice bike. It appears you had to build the Kelly yourself? I didn't see any completed bike packages from them. What was the components you used on it?
