I'd add Clement XPLOR MSO's to your list, they come in 700x32, 700x36 and 700x40. I have the 700x40 version and they roll great on both gravel and pavement. I've done some flat/easy single track on them too.

I usually have to ride a significant distance on pavement to get to the gravel around here, and the one thing that surprised me was how smooth they roll on pavement.
