Mine has the little lever, since it's older? Anyway, I love the look of mine, and plan to follow some instruction I got on here to get my saddle in the right place for my sit-bones. Take a ride later on today, probably after noon. Someone had mentioned putting the smoother tires on if I end up doing more road-riding. We'll see how far I actually get

Yeah grip-shift. They're pretty awful in my opinion though...I ended up getting different shifters for it. I prefer the ones you have over any grip shift.
Yours also has the rear brake down on the chain stays, which is pretty cool.
