1oz might be enough if you're punishing yourself with 700x23s, but I run 700x32 that mount to 700x35, so I basically treat them like MTB tires.
I am using the Pro Ones 25mm, but they measure 28mm on my rims, so I guess I'll top up the sealant sometime. Had put in 40ml.
