This. I used to ride a triple (52/42/30 w/11-26 cassette) and now am enjoying a 'mid-compact' 52/36 setup.

Initially I went with an 11-25 cassette and that was a little rough on longer climbs. I recently replaced that with an 11-28 and am happy with it.
