i was riding a specialized dolce elite... no toe overlap... however it was a bit too big for me (51)... i had to get a really short stem as i was stretched out too much...

i just got a specialized ruby pro in a 48.... no toe overlap... however specialized made a proprietary, special fork just for that purpose! (and i still needed to shorten the stem from the 100 that came with it down to a 90)

by the way.... i'm 5'3"
