Well I'm pretty sure I've been locking my elbows, pretty much so there's one issue. Something isn't right if I'm have neck or upper shoulder pain so I'm just going to have to focus on right posture and see if it begins to help, make my ride more comfy
I had never thought about posture, but it's common sense for me to pay attention to that. I am doing that a lot when I am just standing or sitting because I noticed several years ago I was not "doing" good posture
