Tech issues aside, the biggest problem with any video is flow... which is planning and editing. If you know in advance what you are going to do, you can make sure you can move from step to step with a minimum of dead time, you can be sure the ring fits over the tape,( ) you can have the parts and tools laid out so that you have less editing to do later.

For all the work you are putting in, another five minutes for the outline of a shooting script (just shots, notes, not lines) could make it easier for you and your audience.

Either way ...the big thing is is Hurry. My frame should arrive in several days (crossed fingers) and I want to watch you make all the mistakes so I can make different ones.
