Anyways I've been trying to wear myself down over the past couple weeks and I've done a good job. On T at track I won every race and the moto warmup in the "B's" field and got myself a mandatory A's upgrade (crap), then went to Fiesta the following morning and did some VO2 max intervals and 1x30' at threshold pace. It wasn't too tiring for my cardiovascular system but my legs just hurt from all the riding.
Tomorrow I'm going to head out for 2.5 hrs of the highest z2/3 I can manage, then be ready to vacay in Hawaii!!
