Bikes: 1991 Serotta Colorado II, 1986 Vitus 979, 1971 Juene Classic, 2008 Surly Crosscheck, 1956 Riva Sport

I was just wondering why there is not a forum for Wheelchair Racers. I regularly ride through Piedmont Park in Atlanta and notice the racers occasionally. These guys are serious about their sport. I consider these guys cyclists. Am I wrong?
