19 miles Saturday night. Started out to be a two-mile grocery run, but I extended it a bit by heading toward another store. Lovely, nearly cool night after nearly two consecutive weeks of 100+F days and nights over 90F.
[MENTION=429363]DQRider[/MENTION]'s roadster conversion has me seriously considering a good used Univega Via Carisma available locally. It already has front and rear racks and fenders and only needs some swept back handlebars to be a comfy city and errand bike. The Univega original pop art splatter paint job won't lend itself to a full on classic conversion, but it could be an interesting project.
