From a CAAD 10 rider, very nice build there. I upgraded my Rival edition (the blue and orange, Gulf Oil Racing livery,) to Ultegra this spring, the ride is not too bad for a large tubing aluminum frameset. The SAVE system for the chain stays and fork helps smooth things out nicely, for me. Best thing I did was switching the Schwalbe 23 tires for Conti Gatorskins 25s. Your choice for the stem and bars is really sharp, nice going there.
What tires are those? I have been looking for something different to try out, those have a almost gumwall appearance to them, nice.
Bar tape, I like the regular cork stuff, either Cannondale Synapse, or Specialized Roubaix. But, some old school Benotto would definitely be different....

They look like the Continental GP Classic tires. I'm using them on a bike too.
