Looks like it got broadsided, or stomped on while it was on the ground. I wouldn't be overly concerned about the gap in the brake bridge. In my (untested and unqualified) opinion, the brake bridge has enough metal to keep serving its purpose. However, the bigger issue is how to go about re-aligning the frame/rear triangle, especially if the seat tube was knocked out of plane from the head tube.
