Anything Performance branded comes with it a stigma that may lead to it being looked down on. These were Italian made frames so in the period we are in now a well made lugged Columbus tubed frame has value even if branded with a mail orders name. I assembled an Italian-made Nashbar frame for Matt Eaton the Spring he won the Milk Race. That was 1983? - I quit looking down on these at an early age. I also thought he can't be serious - this is his racing bike?
