Just put the new saddle on the bike! Yeeeay. It feels good so far. Most of my rides are 1.5 hours or less for commuting only nowadays. Its definately firmer than the Terry Butterfly which was expected. Sort of like going from a sofa to a bar stool. I also feel my sit bones engage the seat so the width seems to be ok. On the Thompson masterpiece seatpost, I notice that I needed to have the front bolt much further in than the other saddle. Prolly due to the different angle of the rails maybe. Only minor beef so far is that the blue color is lighter than the blue on the bike. But that's the risk I took vs getting the black and white saddle.
