In my earlier reply I said "UO-8" but I meant "UE-8" for your bike.

The gold stripes on the downtube have slanted ends, which means it's between 1974 and 1976. If the stripes are straight at the ends it is 1971-1973. Not all catalogs show all models, since there were different models marketed for the U.S., Canada, or France.

As for value, it just depends on where you live, but for that bike in my area of North Florida, probably between $125 and $250, if it's complete.
