Hello, this is my first post. I recently got back on a bike after 20+ years off (except the occasional beach cruiser ride). I'm 59 yrs. old and have been in decent shape most of my life, but the last few years I've slipped some. I started riding about 10-15 miles at the start of July and finally broke the 35-mile mark this morning. It was super windy (25 mph and gusty in spots). I had ridden 30 miles on Thurs, and Friday, so figured I'd take it kind of easy today. I felt good, so just kept riding. Ended up with 35.07 miles averaging 15.2 mph. This forum is very encouraging! It's great to see so many 50+ folks keeping fit!
