Bought a couple of sets of Dura Ace shifters for the Sallanches64. Had one installed and can't wait to try it. The other bike is in the shop waiting it's turn.

Yeah, a 50-34 compact. Got a BMC GF02 this April and it came with the 11-32 cassette. Pretty gear spacing clunky. Swapped that out for the 11-28...imo what should come standard on this bike. It's way better but I don't normally/daily need the 11 nor the 28 so thought I'd try the closer to full block 12-25. Bolting it on tomorrow and I'll see how it goes. I may consider combining the 11-28 and 12-25 into a 12-28. Do have a few decent hills around here.
