Carbolite+ branding is a European market thing, which makes it easier to hammer down a catalog to review, at least.
Sealed BB, if it's a F.A.G unit as it appears, was typically seen on '86-'88 bikes (that I'm aware of) which allows year ballpark.
If you can get us a pic of the bottom shell under the crank, the numbers there could help nail down a year.

But that said, the 50 and 60 bikes were (IIRC) touring models. I see the classic wire popping out around the shift levers and the horizontal bracket on the non-drive-side chainstay for the dynamo. This bike was originally fendered.
