I've been using a modern Acera, which has been flawless (in friction mode) but I'd like to step up my game a bit with something polished, and I've had a set of brifters kicking around for close to a year that I've yet to experiment with.
I believe I paid $50 for the R10 - didn't do anything to the cage, but found the Microshift sealed-bearing jockey wheels on Amazon for $18 for the pair.
