Well it took me a while to actually find a shop that knew how to deal with dynamo lights. I found that most who said they did, didn't. They didn't know how ti wire the tail lights. Or didn't have all the light options, only Supernova - which I heard sucks.
Now it is time to dial in the right shop in terms of location, hours, and people! I have a few choices and they all work well enough, but I haven't found one winner! I have a few choices now and they are all pretty good, but not quite right. It took me a while to get to there.
One of my front runners had to close and is looking for a new locations. Another promising one is just opening, they'll probably be my preferred options once they work out the opening kinks. I found a new one in the past month that seems like a good option, but is a little further than my typical stomping grounds.
I think of it as finding the right coffee shop. We have a lot of choices, some people are better at some drinks but have a crappy tea selection. Some are good for running in really quick. Some are good for settling in and reading a book. Each of them serves different purposes!
