Some of the early HT2 BBs have seals that are easy to remove and thus easy to clean and lube. They also don't seal well, so they need to be cleaned and lubed.

The bearing cartridges are standard size, cheap and easy to replace. You can find some with better seals and grease. Some bearing shops have sold them for like $5 per pair.
