Yes. Looking at your frame it appears to have what is called a "brush" finish. The duller looking finishes are usually blasted. I have a brushed finish on a Seven frame that is a brushed finish and looks similar to yours. Seven recommended the maroon Scotch-Brite when I contacted them. If you have any concerns give the manufacturer a call.
