Slip and bust your nuts no more!

Ok.. how many of you, honestly, have been say, at a light, one foot down, the light turns green, you stomp the road shoe into the road pedal, SLIP! WHAM! Bust your nuts on the top tube?

No? Ok fine, it happened to me, so now I have all mtb SPD shoes and pedals. But.. I found a roll of 3M safety-walk self stick today. Really sticky permenant adhesive. The tape's the stuff they put on staircase steps to prevent people from slipping. They have different grades, the one I have happens to be kind of like, a hard grippy version of the terry cloth on gloves.

Stick a wad of it on the bottom of your shoes between the heel and the road cleat and another wad on the underside of your pedal (if you have the class heavy assed Look pedals) and you're all set!
