Are all Cinelli frame chrome under paint ?? I have seen vintage Cinelli bikes with paint chips ..no sign of apparent chrome , newer models like the 2000's Super Corsa i've seen or read about had chrome under paint and wodering if every one or just some higher end model had this done thru the years ..confused !!
