Nice long ride with the compact narrow drops

So I rode a 75 mile route (about 2.5k feet of climbing) with the new bars which are compact drops that are 38cm. Previous bars were 44cm classic/standard

A few thing I noted:

+ Lot less arm fatigue. But I still need a more upright bike.
+ Related to the above, could ride in the drops for longer periods
+ The narrower bars didn't hurt handling. My route had some nice tight turns and the bike still felt very maneuverable.

- When climbing out of the saddle the bike swayed a bit more side to side. Still felt stable though.
- When climbing my knees were much closer to the end of the drops, about 2 inches
