It is certainly good to hear that Bianchi is standing behind their product. Getting a new frame is better than being left out in the cold but nothing about the situation seems "great" or "positive" to me.
Maybe I'm just especially melancholic today.
Having the frame replaced for something that doesn't appear to be a manufacturing defect speaks to the rarity of the occurrence.
