That would push things to 1984/1985, however in 1985 Columbus tubing was replaced by Bianchi Special tubesets which used celeste coloured tubing decals, so it should be 1984. The Aelle model in 1984 was the Allegro but I haven't seen any 1984 Bianchi that used those decals, at least not in North America. Maybe, in addition to being rebuilt, new decals were applied?

If it's Aelle, the seat post should be 26.8mm and the fork will not use the Columbus steerer tube, which would have the Columbus dove logo stamped on the outside and the five helicasl ridges on the inside, at the bottom.
