Nice work on the clean-up!

I rather like the parts mix, with the exception of the pedals and saddle. Well, perhaps a nicer SunTour front derailleur would be a worthwhile upgrade too.
But otherwise, it's a bunch of the nicer Japanese parts of the era.

hmm... I might lose the cable oiler ports too. With the original cable housings, it's important to keep it lubed. Modern lined housing really improves things and would look cleaner.
