I can't see details EXCEPT that this has 3 cable guides (not 2) on the top tube, plus that
race tag" tab on the underside of the the TT...so based on nothing else I predict this is a Benelux-made FAUX-nago...but I may be proved wrong if we get some better pix.
Cause OTOH: the headlugs look "correct" as do the stay caps and perhaps the chainstay engraving...so nothing's for certain, yet.
