First off thanks for all the replys very informitive. Second sorry for not responding sooner work was busy over the weekend.

Some of these details are not familar to me. the BB is a 130 and it's a 10 speed cassette.

I'm not in a hurry so I'll head down to the shop and discuss the long cage derailleur and full drivetrain change options.
