No disrespect meant to adult female stokers but for the last several years the fastest growing component of the tandem buying public intend the purchase to be used primarily by an adult captain with a child stoker(s). Santana Smooth, Co-Motion Periscope, even the mass market Trek T900, all will easily accommodate a 6'+ captain and stokers down to 3'+. Custom rigs are no longer necessary when the captain is much larger than the stoker, it is when that relationship is reversed that things can get expensive. FWIW.
