I missed my pedal this past Saturday after stopping at a light. Carbon soled shoes are so unforgiving...once you miss there's no recovery. Fortunately, this didn't force me off the saddle as I hadn't made a full weight transfer to the unclipped side...but I was forced to try to build a little momentum by one-legged pedaling and found that it was really difficult!
