so, do any of you have direct experience with any issues problems using interrupters with BB7 mtn discs? I am completely new to discs and am unsure if there is any problem with going this route.

Avid BB7 mtn are long pull, and the Gevenalle stuff I plan to get are long pull to go along with this.

I recall a fellow telling me at a bike store last year or the year before that interrupter levers caused problems with some disc setups, but that may have been because the disc/lever combos were short pull, and therefore more finicky with cable pull because of the interrupters? (but my memory is a bit vague of what he said)

So I would like to hear from any of you with actual experience putting interrupters on this sort of setup.

thanks
Tektro made long-pull interrupter levers in the RL740/741 models. The difference is in the clamp size. SJS Cycles still sells the RL741 model.

A vendor on Ebay is selling both models at about $30 USD but you should hurry as the stock appears limited. I just bought the RL741 levers off of Ebay. The look to be nicely made, I haven't yet mounted them on a bike. I have a set of Tektro RL520 levers I got cheap at a local bike swap, both sets of levers will probably be on my next drop bar mtb conversion.
