Not quite. The Noodles have that backward sweep of the tops to create longer ramps without making the reach excessive. And these Compass bars have truly parallel ramps and drops so the ramps won't slope downward if you want the drops to be parallel to the ground. The reach difference can be easily obviated by adjusting the stem length.
