I'd recommend the delta inox cages - can be found on amazon. I had two on my surly cross check, looked great. they fit the feel of an older road frame well.

yours doesn't even look like its got mounts for water bottle cages. I have the Tacx behind the saddle mount that is much cheaper and low profile than those huge ugly profile design ones that cost like $80. I have 2 cages attached to it (also delta inox cages lol)
