Difficult to say what the bike is with the one crummy non-drive side pic. Better pics esp. of the drive side would be a big help. The lack of top tube cable guides suggest a late 70s bike. The clamped on water bottle cage has me concerned. Every late 70s Trek I've seen had brazed on down tube water bottle bosses.
