In some countries you're warned not to stop in crosswalks.... or even in cases of what might be a "staged accident". Which.... BTW some of the accidents in the video looked a bit phony (or practiced) to my untrained eye.

The USSR may no longer be Soviet (actually called The State Duma, now) and is no longer a classless society of communally-owned property....... however the Socialist once used in the USSR still applies.
