The Traitor frame I linked earlier will be similar to other 4130 Taiwan touring frames from Soma, Surly, and elsewhere.
With that said, its a flippin steal at $300 and you can build it up into whatever you wish, so the bike will be custom built for you.
It has a sloping top tube instead of a flat tube so the reach isnt as severe. This style frame also is reported to feel sportier...no idea how accurate that is or if its just perception.
The full build is good...not great, just good...but the frame as a blank canvas has the chance to be excellent.
