Ignore all the amateur geniuses on here who would presume to fit you to your bike using the power of a thumbnail image...although it IS a very small frame...

Only a proper bike fitter can sort out your position, whether or not youve got long thighs, short upper body or whatever. Some prefer knee over bracket, some behind, it depends on a lot of things and even when fitted according to the "rules" you might not find it comfortable or ideal, and have to make adjustments a mm at a time to find the sweet spot.

Stump up the money for a good 2 hours fitting and a bit of trial and error.

Tom Boonen used to ride with his position according to "convention", then during a race his seatpost slipped down by an inch, and he realised that he was getting extra power so he kept it that way.
