Atlanta has that too. But it's not for seniors per se. You have to have a medical disability that's documented by your doctor. Then you get a door to door ride as long as the start and end are within a mile (I think) of a bus stop or train station. Round trip costs eight dollars. You can take a care giver but that person pays too.
